1 ) The wood layers are heated at certain temperatures to reduce the moisture to the appropriate rates according to blades' characteristics.



2) With the caliber machine we developed , the wood layer thicknesses are equalized with 10 %precision of a millimeter.



3) The wood layers are cut larger than the blade form .


4)The middle layers are covered with the required amount of adhesive with the glue application apparatus we developed ;than pressed with the spot printed press system.

5) After 24 hours of desiccation process the top of the middle layers is covered with carbon and epoxy ;than with spot printed press sytem it is pressed with the top surface wood layers.



6) After 24 hours of desiccation process the edges of the blades are shaped by a molded sanding machine.



7) Blade's edges are insulated to ensure moisture - proof feature.



8) The writings indicating the properties of the blade are written on the CNC writing machine .


9)The blade is covered with varnish. The second layer varnish applied on the blade has a rough structure to better hold the water-based rubber adhesive .


10) The handle wood layers are combined with the press method , than they are shaped by milling .


11) The head and handle are combined with two dowels to finish the production .


12) Finally , with the milling machine a space is opened on the handle and a wooden badge with A&O logo is mounted.
