A&O -5000 series blades have a less flexible structure than 3000 series blades due to different adhesives and wood layers used.

 

In these blades limba , ayous , are used ; in handles ayous ,sapele ,walnut and wenge are used.

 

In this series , the blades consist of wood layers selected according to their defensive , allround  or offensive characters. Blade weights are between 75 gr and 95 gr .

Blade thicknesses are between 5,5 mm and 6,3 mm according to their particularities .

​

Flexilibity unit in 5000 series blades is 5-6 mm.

​

On request ,by removing the badge on the handle, 1,2 or 3 painted lead weights can be added to the empty section and the blade's center of gravity can be shifted towards the handle by 5mm , 10 mm or 15mm.

In this group of blades the heads and handles in medium size are built as a standard.

 

Small and large sizes handles and heads are built on request.
