BLADE TEST SYSTEM
A.jpg
You can visit our YouTube channel     A&O TABLE TENNIS BLADES     to see all A&O blades tests.

Inspired by the ball test system used in testing of ITTF approved table tennis tables, we developed this test system for the production of A&O blades.

With this test system we have developed, we test our own blades in line with the information we have obtained from the testing of the blades on the market.

The number of layers, thickness, carbon thickness and type, manufacturing methods and flexibility units used in the blades will change their characteristics.

As A&O, we test all the blades we produce with this test system and flexibility unit test system; and we get very close values to each other.

Also, long distance and tabletop tests will give clearer information about the blade.

We aim to publish long ball and tabletop tests in the near future.

These test systems we use provide preliminary information about the blade.

We aim to improve our blades with evaluations and feedback coming from players who have used A&O blades.

SWEET  SPOT  AREA  TEST  SYSTEM

Due to our R&D studies we produce more performance and more controlled blades with wider sweet spot area.

You can see the sweet spot area of all the blades we produce in our test videos.

A&O BLADE FLEXIBILITY TEST SYSTEM
A.jpg

A&O blades flexibility unit is measured by the ball coming at a speed of 50km/h.

In the test system we developed you can see the flexibility unit created by the ball dropped from a height of 50 cm.

In the first video, the first line of the diagram on the counter monitor shows the flexibility unit  when the ball hits the 1002 defensive blade. The other diagram lines show that the blade continues to flex.

The second video shows the tests of 300 all. The third video shows the tests of 5001 all. 3006off, 5006 off, 7006 off, 9006 off,and 9009 off blades.

As you go from 3000 series to 9000 series the flexibility unit decreases.
