7000-9000 blades have less flexible structure than the 3000-5000 series blades


7000-9000 series blades are built with three different types of adhesive that we developed for higher performance .Less flexion of the blade is provided with the layers selected according to the blade feature.



7000-9000 series blades are built individually with vacuum press system followed with the heating process to ensure the high performance.



With this system the cavity between the wood layers and the air particles in the adhesive are mi



The flexibility unit in 7000 series is 3-4 mm ,and in 9000 series it is1-2 mm.


9000 series blades have a larger sweet spot area than 7000 series blades and their edge surfaces have higher control on high speed balls.



In 7000-9000 series blades the wood layers are cut in blade net veneer before manufacturing; blade's edge cutting and sanding are not done after manufacturing.



This method ensures that the wood layers are not affected by the impact and vibrations that may arise during cutting and milling.


The edges of 7000- 9000 series blades are insulated to prevent the damage caused by the humidity and the sweat of the hand .

Tanks to this method and the A&O blades' moisture-proof feature the performance and the sound do not change during use.



Two dowels are used to asembly the head and the handle of the blade .

Wit this assembly method it is ensured that blade's medium layer vibrations are transmitted to the handle.

On request ,by removing the badge on the handle, 1,2 or 3 painted lead weights can be added to the empty section and the blade's center of gravity can be shifted towards the handle by 5mm , 10 mm or 15mm.
